Weeks 2–3: Build, Mentorship & Safety

1-on-1 breakout reviews with CMIOs and data scientists to evaluate feasibility.
Optional live feedback checkpoint with faculty mentors and alumni winners.
Pre-submission compliance check to guarantee patient data safety and model reliability.
Week 4: Submissions & Reveal
All code repositories, demo videos, and executive summaries must be submitted.
